Payment
Payment is due before work starts unless otherwise agreed in writing.
No ranking guarantee
Search engines control rankings. We guarantee our work (manual placements and live reporting), not specific positions.
Link guarantee
Links that drop within three months of delivery are replaced free of charge where the package includes this guarantee.
Refunds
If we cannot start your order, you receive a full refund. Once work has started, refunds are assessed case by case for undelivered work.
